KOLKATA: Skipper Ltd, one of the leading transmission and distribution infrastructure firms with interest in PVC pipes, has set a target of Rs 3,700 crore turnover by 2018-19 from the current level of Rs 1,165 crore.
Now its engineering products contribute 85% to the turnover of the company and PVC accounts for 10% of the top line while the rest 5% is coming from engineering and procurement contracts of T&D infrastructure.
Devesh Bansal, director of Skipper, said the revenue mix will change in next five years with lucrative PVC business is likely to go up from the present 10% to 30%. "We are relatively new player in PVC pipes but it is doing well," he added.
